Youth Along Development (YAD) is a private,autonomous,voluntary non governmental,non profit and non partisan youth organization envisioning to massive increase Tanzanians (especially youth) awareness on development issues in their country.

Youth Along Development envisions at creating sustainable and equitable development for Tanzania intensively through entrepreneurship.
Its mission is striving to empower public,promote and reinforce youth with the desire, attitude and strong enthusiasm of making massive development in all aspects of life through training them,creating community events,sharing important information and participating in any social,political or economical legal movement for development.
